Parking is limited at Willamette Valley Vineyards. We encourage carpooling.

COVID-19 POLICIES:

We will require proof of vaccination/booster or negative COVID test within 48-hours of the event for all in-person attendees. Additionally, we will follow all Oregon state-mandated COVID-19 precautions in place at the time of the event.

I'm bummed that the in-person event is sold out. Are there any options? 

We understand and we encourage you to register for the wait list as we do anticipate space opening up! And, don't forget... there are unlimited virtual tickets. Thank you!

What if I buy a virtual ticket and a spot opens up for me on the in-person wait list? 

No problem! We'll refund your virtual ticket and you can purchase the in-person ticket.

What if I bought a ticket and cannot attend? 

We understand that stuff happens these days. Just e-mail us at events@womeninwineoregon.com and we'll work with you. There's a waiting list of people who want to attend, so please let us know if you cannot attend so we can offer your spot to someone new.

After two years of living and working in a virtual world, we are thrilled to announce the fourth-annual Women in Wine: Fermenting Change in Oregon conference, bridging an in-person experience with a virtual live-stream. Whether joining in-person or virtually, we will share in the experience, gaining insight from a variety of speakers including winemakers, coaches, business leaders, entrepreneurs, and industry trailblazers.

We’ll cover important themes like leadership development, diversity & inclusion, work/life balance, effective communication, and bridging generational differences. The afternoon features a panel discussion on the future of food. Join us for a day of connection and growth, celebrating women who are leading the way in wine and beyond.

Everyone! This is not an event exclusively for women or just those in the wine industry. We welcome men to join the conversation and look forward to seeing people from all industries, businesses, ages and backgrounds.

Can't afford the ticket price? Consider applying for a scholarship. 

This one-day conference will give you tools to navigate through the changing landscape both professionally and personally. Gain inspiration and guidance from people who have weathered difficult times and come through on top. We welcome you to a place where like-minded individuals can come together to learn, grow, connect and celebrate life.
